Animals in the Wild

I truly enjoy painting animals of all kinds, especially horses and pets, but I have experience in other species as well. As an artist I am drawn to the majestic nature of animals in their natural habitat and was drawn to helping raise awareness to the endangered species.

I have gravitated toward painting a wildlife series because some of the animals that I have featured were either an endangered or a threatened species. I have felt the need to bring this to the viewers attention in order to to raise awareness of this issue.

Wildlife also symbolizes a sense of freedom that nature has provided versus being in captivity which is a privilege, in my opinion.
